NOTION AI
College is one of the biggest adventures of your life, and it comes with no tutorial. From coursework to campus life, there’s a lot to figure out on your own. That’s why we’re launching the Notion AI Student Plan, which turns college life into quests. Whenever you need backup, you can summon Focus, Notion’s AI agent, to help you stay on course. Every great adventure deserves a guide.
Conquer your college years.
Conquer Your College Years
Every adventurer needs a starter kit. Beginning at UC Berkeley, incoming students will receive a Notion AI welcome package complete with a campus map and a welcome letter to set their quest in motion.
WHO’S FOCUS?
Focus is every college hero’s companion - Notion’s new AI agent built just for students. It scans syllabi and calendars for looming deadlines, turns class notes into study guides, and starts a Pomodoro timer when it’s time to lock in, all with the cheeky charm of an RPG sidekick.
OOH
Interactive billboards placed around campus invite students to start their first quest.
When midterms and finals hit, Notion AI reps will be stationed in libraries and study halls, helping students power up with Notion AI and pick up study hacks to make exam prep easier.
STUNT
Pomodoro timers will be set up in these study halls to help students structure focused study sessions, and the same feature lives in the Notion app, so they can keep the routine going wherever they study.
Pomodoro Timers
(waiting to change an execution)
During finals week, Notion’s Potions opens for business, helping students refuel between study sessions with HP potions (cold brew) and Mana Potions (matcha lattes).
ACTIVATION: NOTION’S POTIONS
Students who earn enough XP in Notion can unlock the Notion’s Potions secret menu, rewarding their progress with exclusive drinks and perks during finals week.
Hidden Items
How do students earn XP? Side quests. In a recurring TikTok series, a UC Berkeley Notion ambassador takes on campus challenges, showing students how to rack up XP along the way.
